Real Estate Career Licensing Process

There are several Real Estate Pre-Licensing Law courses available locally. These courses consist of sixty three (63) hours of class time. The course may be completed in as little time as one full week of day classes or as much time as classes taken in evenings for a period of up to nine weeks.

The Salesperson exam consists of Real Estate Law, Real Estate Policy and Practices and ten math questions. Exams are graded at the site immediately upon completion. A Salesperson may engage in real estate services after passing the exam and activating the license through a broker. We, of course, recommend CENTURY 21 Nature Coast. The actual license will arrive by mail in about six to eight weeks.

In closing, let CENTURY 21 Nature Coast be the first to wish you good luck as you start along the road to your new, exciting and rewarding real estate career.
