About Hugh Tolle - Broker

Hugh Tolle is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and a member of the Citrus County Board of REALTORS® and has been active in real estate sales and development since 1985 and all aspects of real estate appraising with a background in banking, broadcasting and marketing.

Hugh is a State of Florida Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (RZ0001679) and holds a MSA/MAI designation with the National Association of Master Appraisers and is a SRA/MAI Associate Member of the Appraiser Institute.

Hugh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Southern College in Lakeland Florida and completed post Bacheloreate studies at FSC. Since receiving his licenses, Hugh has attended and continues to attend many professional courses in real estate sales and appraising.

Hugh Tolle is a Florida native and fourth generation from Citrus County Florida. Hugh and Kathy Tolle have been married since 1975 and have three grown children. Hugh's love and knowledge for this area of West Central Florida runs deep. Honesty and integrity are paramount in Hugh's life and in his business dealings, something ingrained in him by his father, Ed Tolle.
